The charming pixel art and soothing soundtrack create a peaceful environment that is perfect for unwinding. Additionally, the game does not have strict time limits or high-pressure challenges, making it accessible for those who prefer a more leisurely experience.

In Ring Fit Adventure, players explore a huge fantasy world and defeat enemies using a ring for  exercises. Most game exercises involve pressing together the sides of the ring, which can be a surprising good work out. One Switch controller goes into the ring, and the other goes into a leg strap.
